AI e-commerce infrastructure company Rezolve Ai posted $130.8 million in revenue for the first half of fiscal 2026, up roughly 1,970% year over year — nearly three times its total revenue for fiscal 2025. The company also said its customer count rose to more than 1,640, up from 950 at the end of 2025.
Rezolve Ai credits Microsoft, Google, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and Tech Mahindra with providing global enterprise distribution channels. Google, in particular, has finished evaluating the company's distributed database technology and deployed it on Google Cloud infrastructure, where it provides indexing and data pipelines for Web3 datasets. The initial deployment spans roughly 100TB and 10 blockchain networks.
On the financial side, Rezolve Ai posted $63.9 million in gross profit for the half, a 48.9% gross margin, and raised about $250 million through equity financing during the period. As of June 30, the company held $33.2 million in cash and cash equivalents, plus $67.4 million in restricted cash.
The company reiterated its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance of roughly $360 million and said it still expects to end the year with at least $500 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
