OpenAI added a desktop pet to Codex, and the community was quick to build a Codex Pets sharing site. It rounds up everyone's pixel pets — see one you like, copy a one-line command, and it's now running around your own Codex.
You can upload pets you've made, too, and the site even includes a multiplayer playground where different people's pets can run wild in the same room. A code-writing AI tool, through sheer community force, has become an electronic pet exchange station.
