Elon Musk claimed on his social platform X that SpaceX's annual revenue could reach $1 trillion by 2030, with further growth expected in 2031.

SpaceX officially completed its initial public offering on June 12, 2026, achieving a valuation of over $2 trillion and becoming the sixth-largest publicly traded company in the US.
In 2025, SpaceX's revenue rose to $18.67 billion from $14.02 billion the previous year, but its financial health took a turn: a net loss of $4.94 billion compared to a profit of $791 million in 2024.
According to a Wall Street Journal report in early June, Goldman Sachs projects SpaceX's 2030 revenue will exceed $470 billion, while Morgan Stanley forecasts around $330 billion — both well below Musk's trillion-dollar target.
