Google Labs’ free AI marketing tool Pomelli just got a lot smarter. A new Catalog feature lets merchants upload their product or service names, descriptions, and images in one go. After that, Pomelli automatically pulls from that library to batch-generate on-brand ad images, social media posts, and product-level shoot assets — no more re-uploading or re-describing every time.

Before Catalog, Pomelli could only extract "brand DNA" (colors, fonts, tone) from a merchant’s website, keeping its output at the brand level. Catalog gives the AI a product manual: select an item, hit generate, and it produces finished creatives that carry the brand’s visual identity. This is Pomelli’s third major feature in 2026, following January’s short video generator Animate (powered by Veo 3.1) and February’s product photoshoot tool Photoshoot (based on the Nano Banana image model).
Pomelli is a joint project from Google Labs and Google DeepMind. It launched in public beta in four countries (including the US) in October 2025, and expanded to over 170 countries and regions this March. Catalog rolls out globally today, and remains completely free during the beta period.
