Former Japanese adult film actress Noa has revealed on X that she’s left the industry to become a programmer. She now uses Claude for automation and website development — and says anyone with questions about web development or automation can DM her directly.
Noa says her old account, which had around 20,000 followers, was taken over by her talent agency, so she had to start over with a new account. During her time in adult films, she performed under stage names like Natsuki Hikaru (菜月ひかる) and Hanabuki Shion (花吹詩音).
When word spread through programmer circles, netizens quickly gave the career switch a name: “AV转码” — literally “AV transcoding,” a pun on transitioning to code.
