A third-party Claude Code Skill called i-have-adhd is going viral in the developer community. It enforces 10 rules to make Claude's responses more direct and actionable.
Details:
- First line gives the action directly
- Use numbers for multi-step tasks
- State progress each round
- Give specific times and quantities
- List at most 5 items at a time
- Keep only currently needed information
- Actively suppress tangents and expansions
- Clearly tell the user what to do next
- Delete polite openings and repeated summaries
- Avoid useless endings like "Hope this helps"
The project has about 1,100 stars on GitHub. It doesn't improve Claude's reasoning — it's essentially a stricter output format.
