Xiaohongshu’s web-based creator service platform has begun a limited test of a new feature called Red Skill, which lets creators upload, publish, and version their own custom Skills. Creators with test access can upload a Skill to the backend, manage its versions, and push it live.
From the demo page, published Skills appear as cards in the mobile app, with categories like 'efficiency tools' and a 'Use' button. Skills can also include source attribution information, such as a link to the creator’s open-source repository on GitHub.
