Alibaba is officially launching a personal tier for its Token Plan, giving developers access to Qwen3.8-Max-Preview inside tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and its own Qwen Code. The introductory prices for Lite, Standard, and Pro are 39 yuan, 139 yuan, and 499 yuan per month, respectively.
Team plans are also getting a price cut. Standard, Premium, and Deluxe seats now cost 150 yuan, 550 yuan, and 1,398 yuan per seat per month.
The real kicker is the credit consumption discount. During the day, tasks only burn 10% of the normal Credits. Personal plan users get an extra 80% off that at night, bringing it to just 2% of the usual cost. So a job that would normally eat 100 Credits? That's about 10 Credits during the day and only 2 Credits overnight. In theory, you could stretch your plan's allowance 50 times further after dark.
These discounts apply to Credit consumption only. Monthly fees and per-token API prices still follow their own rules. And actual Credit usage per task depends on the model, token count, and complexity.
