Genspark lands $100M Series B extension, valuation hits $2.6B
Agentic workplace startup Genspark has closed a $100 million extension to its Series B round, pushing its post-money valuation to $2.6 billion. Existing investors Sozo Ventures, UpHonest Capital, and Korea's Mirae Asset participated.
The fresh capital — which bumps Genspark's valuation by 63 percent in just three months — brings total funding to over $645 million.
Genspark was founded in Silicon Valley in late 2023 by Eric Jing (former Baidu VP and CEO of Xiaodu Technology, Baidu's smart speaker division), Kay Zhu (ex-CTO of Xiaodu), and Wen Sang (MIT PhD and founder of Smarking). The team is building an AI-native search engine and automation workflows based on multi-agent orchestration (MoA), aimed at handling complex daily tasks for enterprise knowledge workers.
