According to WIRED, a leak from Peter Thiel's secretive society Dialog has exposed the attendance records of 222 elite members, including Elon Musk, former Google CEO Eric Schmidt, OpenAI president Greg Brockman, and Jared Kushner. The leaked database doesn't just reveal names — it also includes an agenda that covers topics like how to start a cult and navigating World War III.
Dialog has operated in secrecy for nearly 20 years since its founding in 2006, often described as the tech world's version of the Bilderberg meeting. The annual membership fee runs over $16,000. The leaked schedule for the 2026 conference, set for August in Dublin, includes sessions such as "Build-a-Cult," "Navigating WWIII," "Battlefield Technologies," "Bring Back Nuclear," "Money (Does?) Buy Happiness," and "How's Your Sex Life?"
The leaked data also includes members' political leanings and dating preferences submitted through a private matchmaking site at dating.dialog.org. Dialog promised this information would never be made public, but an exposed Airtable database in the frontend code left it all vulnerable.
The list includes Microsoft Xbox president Sarah Bond, YouTube CEO Neal Mohan, Army Secretary Dan Driscoll, Senator Ted Cruz, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, and others. NATO commander General Alexus Grynkewich and other officials used non-governmental email addresses to register, keeping their participation off the books and out of reach of FOIA requests.
The breach itself was the result of a security flaw. Hacker maia arson crimew discovered an exposed Airtable directory in Dialog's website code — one that even contained private login credentials. The list of affected users includes Airtable founder Howie Liu himself.
