Anthropic announced that starting September 14, it will permanently raise Claude Code's standard weekly quota by 25%, covering Pro, Max, Team, and per-seat Enterprise plans. But for current users, the actual quota they get will drop by about 17%.
If the old standard quota was 100, the current temporary boost makes it 150. After September 14, the temporary boost ends and the new standard becomes 125. Going from 150 to 125 is a decrease of about 16.7% — Anthropic later confirmed in a follow-up post that compared with today, it's a 17% reduction.
