Lionel Messi's investment platform Play Time has added World Labs, the spatial intelligence startup founded by renowned AI researcher Fei-Fei Li, to its portfolio. World Labs develops AI that can understand, generate, and interact with 3D environments.
Play Time was launched by Messi in 2022, initially focusing on sports, media, and tech. Its current investments also include robotics company FieldAI, voice AI firm Fish Audio, and AI data platform SuperAnnotate.
World Labs raised $1 billion in February, with major investors including Nvidia, AMD, and Autodesk.
