Grok can now tap into Gmail, GitHub, and Google Drive

xAI's AI chatbot Grok has officially launched its Connectors feature on the web, and it's now available to all SuperGrok Heavy and SuperGrok paid subscribers. Elon Musk shared the news with a simple "Progress."

The feature currently supports five preset connectors: Gmail, GitHub, Google Calendar, Notion, and Google Drive. Users can also create custom connectors for other services. Once connected, Grok can read emails, calendar events, code repositories, notes, and cloud files directly within a conversation — no more copy-pasting or tab-switching.

Google Drive integration was already available for Grok Business and Enterprise customers, using xAI's Collections API to index files while respecting Google Drive permissions. Now that Connectors has expanded to consumers, personal paid users can let Grok access their work data and handle tasks like inbox summaries, meeting prep, and repo analysis using natural language.
