Cursor is expanding beyond AI coding into everyday office work. According to a report from The Information, citing two sources familiar with the matter, the company is internally testing a new tool called Sand. Designed for non-developers, Sand can reply to emails and text messages, organize spreadsheets, and also handle engineering tasks.
Sand is currently available to employees for testing, but there’s no word yet on whether it will see a public release.
