Alibaba is consolidating three of its AI agents into one. Its new office agent, Qianwen Office, is now in beta, and individual users can log in through the official website. The product brings together QoderWork, Wukong, and MuleRun, and while it works as a standalone product, it can also be used directly inside DingTalk, Alibaba's workplace messaging app.
Qianwen Office can pull in enterprise information such as messages, group chats, calendars, to-dos, documents, knowledge bases, attendance, and approval records. Users can set up scheduled tasks, and the agent will automatically generate daily reports, weekly summaries, or research briefs and push them to DingTalk.
The agent can also generate and edit PPTs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, web pages, as well as images, audio, and video. Generated websites can be published directly, with support for custom domains and database integration. The product also mentions...
