Alibaba's office agent Qwen Work (千问办公) is now live on its official website and open for individual user logins. It combines QoderWork, Wukong, and MuleRun into a single product that can be used standalone or directly within DingTalk (Alibaba's enterprise messaging app).
Qwen Work can read messages, group chats, calendars, tasks, documents, knowledge bases, attendance records, and approval flows. Users can also set up scheduled tasks for the agent to automatically generate daily reports, weekly summaries, or research briefs and push them to DingTalk.
It also supports generating and editing PPT, Word, Excel, web pages, as well as images, audio, and video. Generated websites can be published directly, with the ability to bind custom domains and connect databases. The product also offers skills, connectors, and industry-specific expert kits.
The personal edition comes in Free, Standard, and Premium tiers. Standard is originally ¥98/month, Premium ¥198/month, with subscription pricing at ¥78 and ¥158 respectively (roughly $11 and $22 at current exchange rates). The client supports macOS and Windows; the web-based workspace is not yet available.
