The memo arrives as Tesla this week capped employee spending on other AI tools at $200 per person per week — with Grok exempt from that limit. The automaker has been testing Grok internally for months, and SpaceXAI product chief Andrew Milich has been helping troubleshoot.
Grok 4.5 launched this week jointly by SpaceXAI and Cursor, with a focus on coding, engineering, and office tasks. Official pricing: $2 per million input tokens and $6 per million output tokens.
