She led the visual redesign of Claude.ai and set Cowork's early product direction. Before Anthropic, she was a design director at Figma, overseeing teams for products like FigJam and Slides.
The move brings Claude's core product expertise to a direct competitor. Cursor and Claude Code are vying for dominance in the AI coding agent market, and product design will be part of the battle.
