DeepSeek makes its V4-Pro API discount permanent

DeepSeek has announced that the current limited-time 2.5折 (75% off) discount on its V4-Pro model API will become permanent once the promotion ends on May 31, 2026 at 23:59. Starting June 1, V4-Pro API pricing will be permanently set at one-quarter of the original rates, extending the company's low-cost strategy.

In terms of specific pricing, billed in Chinese yuan (RMB), the V4-Pro model's input cache-hit price drops from 0.1 yuan per million tokens to 0.025 yuan, cache-miss from 12 yuan to 3 yuan, and output from 24 yuan to 6 yuan.
